Missing graphics under roads ? #91

At least hills and mountains seem to be missing where there are roads.

Seems this is still here.

Eh, testing now seems to indicate that reversing the fix for this in cd93c6624656517be31e3768cd88c9192dda89e3 will show mountains under roads.
