Add instruction about GUI-based statistical analysis to author-guide.qmd #73

In the meeting on March 21, there was a case where the authors used GUI-based statistical software, and they informed us that they did not have scripts. We decided to add a statement like:

JoVI doesn’t guarantee reproducibility; we only focus on transparency of materials that would increase the likelihood of transparency

However, when I came back to draft this statement, I couldn't come up with other cases beyond GUID-based statistical analysis. So, instead of making a sweeping abstract statement, I suggest we add a section specific to statistical analysis as proposed here.
