Android 4.4 error message for no available camera. #757

Description of the problem:

There is an android kit kat error message for when the camera access is restricted for the app (or OS). It happens when trying to scan for qr codes of repos in fdroid. Using A14 and fdroid 1.20.

Relevant issue on F-Droids gitlab.
