Didn't work with the ABN AMRO app in NL #2

Generated a QR code as described in the README but bank app seems to have issues reading the code.

The ABN AMRO bank app and the Rabobank app do not support QR codes for transferring SEPA credit. The ABN AMRO has custom/proprietary implementation called Tikkie.

A browser based generator is available at epc-qr.eu. Likewise, it does not work with the ABN AMRO app it does however work with the ING bank app.
