Skip updates for non-GPX based workouts #203

There is nothing to update there (for now)... Also generically catch any panic in the background loop and recover from it with a message.

Your fix worked perfectly! I hit the refresh and a non-GPS workout, 1328, worked as expected. Then, I ran a complete refresh and everything updated just fine. Love IT!
