Team's Response

As stated in the UG this command format is valid: Extraneous parameters for commands that do not take in parameters (such as help, list, exit and clear) will be ignored. e.g. if the command specifies help 123, it will be interpreted as help.

We recommend changing the severity from medium to low as this would rarely ever inconvenience the user.

Moreover, we move to reject this bug as this is the intended functionality of the clear command and is thus not an issue.
