Find City Images API #7

Task Find an API that will retrieve an image of a given city. Ensure the images are free to use. These images will be used for the suggestions interface, shown in Design A.

Resources If you want a reference for calling the API in a Jupyter Notebook, please look at data/jovi/yelp_fusion_api_example.ipynb.

Due to time constraints, manually sourced images for each state.
