Calling to the API when one tweets a private/protected account. #247

What are the steps to trigger the problem?
1)Retweeting a private/protected account 
2)

What happened?
This always returns a sharing/protected error from twitter api.

We should have a way to remove the RT link from tweets if it is actually 
protected. Oh use a Dabr-generated error?

Not sure when, but this has been fixed for ages. Clicking on RT against a 
protect account shows:
@name doesn't allow you to retweet them. You will have to use the use the old 
style editable retweet
