What would you like dabr to do?

Render e-mail addresses in tweets, and especially in DMs, as clickable e-mail 
addresses.

How would you prefer dabr to do it?

Format as <a href="mailto:foobar@example.com">foobar@example.com</a>

I like this idea - only problem is reliably detecting them.  The entities don't 
list them as valid links.
Certainly putting it on the TODO list :-)

I've no doubt there will be some gotchas with the implementation. Please raise 
a new bug if you find any.
