URL on a tweet with pic.twitter thumbnail is not a link

What are the steps to trigger the problem?

Settings : "Text only" or "work Safe".

What happened?

Home or User timeline the URL on a tweet with twimg thumbnail is not a link

What did you expect to happen?

On a search result it's ok.

At the moment, Twitter doesn't return it as a URL in the entities. Will try to 
see if it can be linkable.

Also Twitter guidelines are that the text should be displayed as 
pic.twitter.com/ID with a link to t.co/ID
Will try to remember to take a look how it's working on my site.
