What are the steps to trigger the problem?
1) Repeated refreshing of dabr web page
2)

What happened? Pics of tweeps are getting interchanged.

What did you expect to happen? Well i expected nothing of this sort to
happen. Can be a bit of an irritating problem.

Dabr does nothing to change people's avatars so I can almost guarantee that 
this was
a temporary issue from Twitter's end.
