"can't find ipod. is disk mode on?" #23

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Download & install IpodDisk
2. Plug in Ipod
3. Try to open IpodDisk from Applications

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
This message comes up: "Can't find Ipod. Is Disk mode on?" I figured out how to 
put the ipod on 
Disk Mode, and it STILL doesn't work. What am I doing wrong? 

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Mac Leopard

I have had this problem too however i have not yet tried to actually put it in 
disk mode
10.6.2
