macOSX 10.6.2 #40

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. i downloaded ipod disk
2. dragged the icon into the app folder
3. tried to open ipod disk
4. it said i have to have osX 10.4 or later
5. this is a brand new mac and has 10.6.2

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

I have the same problem but I have 10.6.3 and it says I need 10.4 or later. 
Same process same problem

It seems there is no resolution! Time to remove it and look for a new tool!!
