Won't open #43

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Copied to /Applications folder 
2. Wouldn't open

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Open application, instead got error message: "Sorry, iPodDisk requires OS X 
10.4 or later." Running on OS X 10.6.6 

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
2.0 beta on OS X 10.6.6

Please provide any additional information below.
