Software installs, but will not run #48

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. I downloaded the software
2. I installed the software
3. It shows a message that says it requires OS X 10.4 or higher. 

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

I expected the product to open

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

IPod Disk 2.01b which is the download from 
http://www.macupdate.com/app/mac/19890/ipoddisk

My system is running on OS X 10.6.3

Please provide any additional information below.
