Software won't open. Error message - Needs OS 10.4 or later - I have 10.6.8 #58

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Macbook Pro
2. OS X 10.6.8
3. iPodDisk-2.0b1

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I hope for the software to open. It doesn't.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Please provide any additional information below.
The program says I need OS 10.4 or later.
