Schools aren't populating properly for counselor role #117

  1. Log in as a counselor who has students assigned to them.
  2. Go to the "Students" page and expand one of their students.
  3. The student's school displays as "NOT FOUND".

Note: this might be because the counselor has no "assignedSchools" set up... the system should be smart enough to know that if there is a student assigned to the counselor, the school that student attends should be on the counselor's school list.
