Fix table loading/reloading issues

[joven-health-mike]

1. Open a page with a table on it.
2. Type a field in one of the filter boxes.
3. Edit that field and save the edit.

Result - table refreshes, the filter is no longer applied, and the edited user goes to the end of the list.

This issue is 2 fold:

• [ ] Make all tables sort alphabetically by default
• [ ] Keep sort, filter, and expanded rows applied when a change to the data set occurs
