Add ids to the different data types #28

Making some changes to the initial data types:

[X] Add IDs to all data types
[X] Remove facilitators from School type
[X] Remove associatedAccount from User type
[X] Change any object data references to IDs
[X] Fix anything that breaks (e.g. drop-down selections)
