migrate react datepicker styles #92

React datepicker styles are the remaining styles still using the global stylesheet. This PR moves all of them to a styled component

Test instructions:

Comment out or delete lines 210-1115 in public/index.css
Load the app and go to "Appointments" and the click "Add appointment"
Click or focus into one of the date fields
Verify that the datepicker matches the datepicker styles at https://juno-dev.jovenhealth.com
