Deleted student still appears on Users page #99

Steps to repro:

  1. Log in as a SYSADMIN user
  2. Go to the Students page
  3. Delete a student; remember which student it was
  4. Go to the Users page and search for your deleted user
  5. Observe that the student is still present in the Users page

Expected behavior: Deleted student is removed from users page.
