Glitches:

Once when I generated a random dot product graph, it generated an Erdos Renyi graph instead
Contour plot – Some of the contour plots look a little fishy, but REALLY not sure, need to generate own graphs to check
For “Compare All Communities” tab, “Error could not find function cluster.stats” often buggy
For random graphs, the same graph is produced when you click on graph random graph – even when changing to another graph

Design:

Graph is hard to see
Data values for the table not updated automatically (For example when changing the p-value)
3D graphing in general
Vertex size modifier is a inappropriate for the design scheme
Gray vertexes inappropriate to design scheme
Would be useful if there was an option to create a graphml file from the graph generated
