Adding files to preprints.
For some reason this PR is trying to change every file, but I only modified a few files. I think it's a problem with line ending weirdness.
I tried to follow this tutorial: https://help.github.com/articles/dealing-with-line-endings/ but it didn't seem to fix the issue.
Gonna keep playing around to see if I can re-PR without git pretending to change every single file, but gonna leave this open in the meantime.
