luci2-ui-base: fix acl setup for status view #13

If another user than root is logged in than he is unable to get the Network status. Updating the acl will solve this issue.

Just in this moment i wanted to close the pull request because i have noticed an error! The change was not a valid json! The uci network insertions is wrong i will do a follow up PR OK
