Add routes page #20

I have spot out that the cbi-device-list, does not work. I think the first parameter for static routing should be a Drop-Down, but i was unable to get it working. So i decided to make it an input to get it working. By the way the "Admin-Page" for ssh has the same problem.

If you have time maybe you can have a look on this issue?

I merged your changes and implemented a proper network list widget on top of it.
