can ui-core be run on windows or only on openwrt? #52

I have download the code and run npm start on windows. and I got the following error: [HPM] Error occurred while trying to proxy request /ubus from localhost:4200 to http://lede.lan/ubus (ENOTFOUND) (https://nodejs.org/api/errors.html#errors_common_system_ errors)

can ui-core be run on windows or only on openwrt? If I want to run it on openwrt, what shall we do?

I have fix this bug.
