Start new branch for Juno and salt 2014.7

• Salt-master checked in to new jjw-salt-master repo
• saltstack-helium branch created
• locally deployed on maya
• separate state to point to local salt master in hosts file
• Augeas is nfg

• migrate to rabbitmq?
• use ufw to set up NAT
• don't forget bridge-utils & sysctls, per http://fosskb.wordpress.com/2014/10/18/openstack-juno-on-ubuntu-14-10/

• horizon is next
• migrate to salt-based keystone states, away from scripts
• migrate to salt-based mysql states, away from db_init script
