Thanks for the quick action. Are you familiar with the markdown language used in the readme? You can preview your changes at https://github.com/tonkiplis/librefprop.so/tree/patch-1. It would be very nice if you could integrate them a bit better with the rest of the code and the docs.
I am not sure what you mean with integrate them a bit better with the rest of the code. I do not think it was a 100% success as I had to symlink the wrong version of the gcc comiler. So it is still 100% experimental.
If we go for a better integration, it means I have to work on the former comments by nkampyhttps://github.com/nkampy and speredennhttps://github.com/speredenn, is this allowed?

Added comments for an integration of refprop9.1 with matlab 64 bits
my system:
MAC OS X 10.8.5 X-Code 5.1.1 with its command-line developer tool gcc: Apple LLVM version 5.1 (clang-503.0.40) (based on LLVM 3.4 svn) gfortran : 4.8.1 MATLAB_R2011a 64 bit installation
