This is a recurrent IDA bug that can be reproduced often with Diaphora exporting huge binaries (i.e., binaries with +200,000 functions).

In case you're seeing this error, the following workaround(s) might work for you:

Set the environment variable DIAPHORA_WORKAROUND_MAX_TINFO_T before launching IDA.
Then export in batch mode.

I'm working on a better fix but, for now, this might help you.

Worked around with Diaphora 3.2.0.
