There are no candidate primers for some clusters, what should I do? #2
Setting default parameters may not always be suitable for all experimental conditions, as primer performance can vary depending on factors such as the template DNA, reaction conditions, and target region. In cases where some clusters do not have candidate primers, an alternative option is to use a python package (pip install multiPrime==2.3.8), which allows for designing primers manually with more flexible parameters.
