plen可否设置范围 #7

您好老师，软件非常好用，另外请问一下引物设计的长度能否设置成一个范围区间，并且F和R引物范围可以使用者自行设置，谢谢。

引物长度暂时不可以设置范围，但可以使用循环调用其中的引物设计命令，不过需要一点linux背景。

@Eager144000 Dear Eager144000,

"Plens" does not support range input, and I've received inquiries about this limitation via email. It's important to note that extending "Plen" might result in decreased coverage. Nevertheless, if you insist on using it, there's a workaround: you can utilize the script scripts/multiPrime-core.py to calculate each Plen output. Use the bash command cat to merge all the outputs and then run scripts/get_multiPrime.py independently.

Alternatively, for users with a limited cluster, consider using our new GUI-based multiPrime available at https://github.com/joybio/multiPrime2-GUI or the web-based version at https://multiprime.cn/. Both the web-based and GUI-based versions not only encompass the multiPrime primer design module but also house an enhanced version, multiPrime2, which is presently in the testing phase.Please be aware that the web-based version may have limitations due to high usage, so I recommend opting for the GUI-based multiPrime. You can explore the web-based version at a later time.

I intend to enhance this function in the near future, and the updated version will be featured in the next version of multiPrime2.

感谢回复，考虑过循环的问题，但目前版本不能分别选择F和R的长度，会缺少很多选择。
