Could you please elucidate the issue you're facing, or could you share your bug reports with me? what do you mean that multiPrime2-GUI fails to terminate?

The progress indicator refuses to cease, and upon accessing www.multiPrime.cn, I encounter a blank webpage with no results.

It seems that MultiPrime2-GUI is encountering difficulties in identifying appropriate degenerate primer pairs due to the high diversity in your input. The default parameters may not yield results, so consider adjusting some parameters and attempting the process again. Additionally, employing multiPtime to partition your input into smaller clusters could be beneficial.

It's crucial to recognize that MultiPrime2-GUI is specifically designed for degenerate primer design and it does not serve as an update to multiPrime. If your input is highly diversity, multiPrime may be a more suitable choice for your needs.

B.T.W., I will try to fix this problem. Thank you for bringing this to my attention!
