Some design considerations only justify current implementation's pros and cons without talking about the other options, some consider advantages and disadvantages of different options. Some are written with the standard pros and cons bullet points while some are written in prose form. Some call it options, some call it alternatives.

Team's Response

We consider the cosmetic and naming portion a valid inconsistency.

However, each design consideration is unique to the feature, and come in different forms, hence the approaches taken were required to be different. We do not think that beyond the format, there is an issue at hand. Hence, this issue is of Very Low severity - a flaw that is purely cosmetic and does not affect usage .
