Added vite-plugin-node-polyfills to package.json to polyfill Node.js modules in the browser
Updated vite.config.ts to include nodePolyfills plugin for better browser compatibility
This fixes the warning: "Module 'url' has been externalized for browser compatibility. Cannot access 'url.pathToFileURL' in client code."

There is no need to polyfill node module, this will increase the bundle size, the core of SVGO is node-unrelated
