Support for rack SN/asset tag data entry #13

In the Rack Device Assignment modal, add support for https://github.com/joyent/conch/issues/359, which allows integrators to enter the rack's serial number and asset tag.

This is just a UI wrapper around an existing API feature. It's lower down on the priority list now but still should be supported.
