So assuming device.validated then Conch #532 is relevant here. Per @karenetheridge on chat:

@ether | for that conch-ui ticket, you may want to check device.health instead of .validated @ether | they should be signalling the same info, if all the ducks are lining up

If validations are failing we should always show that in the UI.
