Dashboard URL doesn't change when navigating into rack or device list #257

When you start on the dashboard and click on the "View All Devices" or "View All Racks" button the URL doesn't change. This means that when you click refresh you're taken back to the dashboard.

Updating the history state so that navigation works as expected is preferred here. That way refresh and back both will be do what the user expects.

similarly, searching for a device at https://conch.joyent.us/#/devices ("Devices" in left sidebar) does not show the URL for the individual device, so it cannot be copied and sent to someone else to view the same page.
