Suggested update for index.html #31

github's pull request/merge isn't very atomic so I have to add all three but it's the index.html file you really only want, the other stuff is just my dev bits, you probably don't use pandoc on linux, for example, or need .gitignore. It might be easiest to merge and then delete what you don't need, its a great nuisance.

Hey Sean, thanks so much for looking into this, but please don't put too much more effort into it - I'm planning a different approach to a website for the Guide and I'd hate for you to duplicate any more effort. But again - thanks!

Ah ok I resubmitted it so you'd better close that one too! Looking forward to the makeover :D
