A widget group containing controls for a brush that will splat a single element into the scene each time the mouse is clicked or continuously if it is held down. This will control all the properties of the element –

[ ] image - image picker
[ ] size - slider
[ ] tint - color picker
[ ] rotation - slider or grab and rotate image in picker
[ ] mask - image picker
[ ] masking mode - pull down menu
