The is a problem using the latest LTS of nodejs v16.15 where gsap/MorphSVGPlugin wouldn't be recognized at build time (not sure exactly why). It would act like the Plugin wasn't installed. Locking netlify and local versions to 16.13.2 for now works. We'll try again when the next nodejs LTS is released. I also went ahead and upgraded to the most recent version of the vuepress 2.0 beta and converted the config syntax per the docs for that release.
