Missing JoyPixels 7 Updates #49

Hi,

We rely on lib/js/joypixels.min.js and we want to upgrade to JoyPixels 7.0 but i don't see the relevant upgrade to this repo. I see the 7.0 assets in emoji-assets repo here.

For 6.6, this commit contained the updates. I think a similar update needs to take place. Correct me if i am wrong!
