This is not an emoji and thus is out of score.

Gemoji supports a handful of custom pictures for legacy reasons. Slack allows users to create their own shortcodes and upload their own images (custom emoji).

Yes, but Slack incorporate this "emoji" natively.

It’s a “meme”. An actual troll emoji is in the works for 2019.
