Add category property to emoji_strategy.json #625

Any chance to add the categories to each emoji in this file? emoji.json its too big and caegory its required to render emojis without script....

@frangeris we can do that! I'll keep this open and let you know when we have a projected release date for it.

This is fixed in the 5.0 release https://github.com/joypixels/emoji-toolkit/releases/tag/5.0.0.
