Index was outside the bounds of the array

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Run ptman.exe
2. Right click on task tray icon
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

I expect a menu; I get a .NET warning dialog.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Version 0.9.1, just downloaded a moment ago.
