I tried to clean install sonoma hoping to fix the kernel panics issue , since monterey is working fine . but the installation is not working as expected , it stops in system/comapple.authd) internal event: WILL_SPAWN, code = 0

jhay06 commented 6 months ago

@jhay06, can you please share your specs, to confirm what is the issue?

, 1600x900 screens , with i5 , 8GB ram , wifi hardware still untouched ,

btw i successfully installed ventura but updating to sonoma 14.4.1 it stucks on AppleKeyStore:12195:167 : operation failed (sel: 17 ret: e00002c2. -1) image20240411_164210679

this happens only after updating to sonoma using the updated configuration ,

its like that the system is trying to bootup the Wifi device driver , but cant boot from sonoma ,

i try to restart the device then i get different error but still related on wifi

Ok found the issue , hehehe , i successfully passed that screen and the system proceed on apple logo , but still dont know if it will successfully boot , its related on bluetooth , my device doesn't have bluetooth , so i disable bluetool , bluetooth injector and intelbluetooth , then the it successfully boot to apple logo but now i feels like im stuck on the logo xD ,

update , after it pass to logo and reboot , again im stuck on the same error log , even i disable the bluetooth driver, wifi light is blinking , the system still loading bluetoothd , :(

@jhay06 if you are fine with installing and connecting to the internet through the Ethernet cable, this is what you gotta do:

  1. There will be a small switch for disconnecting and connecting the WiFi card to the Operating system right beside the SD Card rader

cant find this small switch , what it looks like ?

jhay06 commented 6 months ago

im using MacBookPro16,3 and it boots to the installer after turning the WiFi switch off.

mine is macbookpro10,1 the one from the instruction ? maybe will try to use 16 ?

jhay06 commented 6 months ago

done pulling , it boots

jhay06 commented 6 months ago

so everytime i boot i should pull it backward then if successfully boot will enable it?

jhay06 commented 6 months ago

enabling it again , hang sonoma ,

jhay06 commented 6 months ago

enabling it again , hang sonoma ,

Sonoma i think, doesnt support the Intel wireless card.

i see , so the best bet for now is to downgrade to ventura ?

@jhay06 i'm making a fix for it as we speak. IT WILL TAKE TIME. so for now, our only option is Ventura

i see , got this thank you very much . hoping it will fix soon
