UI: Add key-features section to the homepage #219

Related to #218 . We need to add the key features section to the home page and update the texts:

  1. Headline From: Share and run your models anywhere // Bridge the gap between ML and Application teams To: Share and run your AI projects anywhere // Ease handoffs between AI/ML and Application teams
  2. How it works: From: Kit is an open source MLOps project that packages your model, datasets, code, and configuration so data scientists and developers can use their preferred tools while collaborating effortlessly. To: Kit is an open source MLOps tool that packages your AI model, datasets, code, and configuration into a ModelKit that data scientists and developers can use with their preferred tools.
  3. Move Why Kit above the two boxes for ModelKit and Kit CLI
  4. Include a cleaned up version of the feature list from the repo README
