Update --progress flag to support values instead of true/false:
--progress=plain : default progress bar: |====>----|
--progress=fancy : unicode blocks bar: |░░░░░····|
--progress=none|false: disable progress bar
Testing
To test, I've been using the following script that pushes layers of various sizes to a remote repository:
test.sh script
**Required**: Set `$TAG` to point at a repository you can push to (e.g. docker.io); optionally, set `$KIT` to point to the built `kit` binary (default is `./kit`)
**Usage**: `test.sh
