Updated SV hunter to use static table. #402

Hunter update. That enables the rotation on non-english clients, fixes interrupts, and just looks nicer.

merged by hand into development brench, I test it later & push it into the master branch. thx!

Hey, its been 10 days already, and I see master branch updates quite often. Any estimates on when it'll be merged? You can add it as a second rotation as you did in development branch to be sure it doesn't break anything.
