Hey guys, I used to make a lot of edits in monks rotations before, and since this is kinda outdated, I've decided to upload the changes I had made through. Just some things changed and I organised it better. I Hope it helps.

For the windwalker changes, it is MUCH better to have Tigereye Brew to be use when it reaches 15 stacks instead of 10. This is because can control it better manually. For instance, if you don't need to burst the enemy right at the start you can build stacks up to 15, then JPS will activate Tigereye Brew and you have 5 stacks left. Since mastery for windwalkers has a chance to double the stacks gained, you can build 10 stack from the 5 left much faster. Actually, you can build 10 stacks form the 5 left before the buff fades away, so you can manually activate it again to keep the buff. This is a 60% more damage for 30 secs straight, if you need the burst or to finish off the enemy.

NOW, if you do want to burst the enemy right away, you can just build the stack to 10 and use it manually. This way you can have a better control of the buff and the stacks itself. And, since CHI BREW now gives stacks of spec-brew/tea, it now only triggers if you have 0 chi AND if you have less than 5 tigereye brew stacks. This is a good option to burst right away and to quickly build Tigereye Brew stacks.

Some other changes include a better way to interrupt. This rotation before wasn't smart interrupting because it was casting SHS and Paralysis at the same time at a single cast right at the start of it. Now it will interrupt using a single spell and when the time left to cast is below 1.4 sec. This should temporally solve monk's rotation interrupts.
