Updated rotation using jps.Defensive and optimised for 5.4.X #408

Hey guys, I used to make a lot of edits in monks rotations before, and since this is kinda outdated, I've decided to upload the changes I had made through. Just some things changed and I organised it better. I Hope it helps.

For Brewmasters, the changes I've made to this rotation are similar to the changes I had made to windwalker rotation. The same way to interrupt, which is now smarter and some other tweaks.
